i decided to complete my first teacher training with jamie and dulce of the yoga people in goa 2017, expanding my knowledge of classical ashtanga vinyasa and learning the power of the rocket system (inspired by larry schultz). since graduating, i have felt inspired to share my passion with as many others around the world as possible! my aim is make classes accessible and fun by combining my love for music with the breath, sweat and more transformative aspects of yoga.
